Corporate Compliance & Safety Training

1. General Provisions

All educational services, compliance training courses, emergency medical certification courses, and credentials provided by the LLC are delivered by an actively licensed Registered Nurse holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN, BSN) in the State of Ohio. By booking a training session or completing an individual registration for a public class, you (the "Client" or "Student") agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational policies.

2. Payment Requirements

Payment at Time of Booking: Full payment is strictly required at the time of scheduling to secure any training session date, private block, or individual registration slot. No dates, seats, or time blocks will be held without verified, processed payment.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made digitally through the authorized electronic invoice portal via credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer (ACH).

4. Corporate Capacity Limits & Student Caps

The Zoom Cap (BBP/HIPAA): To comply with federal and state interactive training standards, private Live Zoom sessions are strictly capped at a maximum of 12 participants per scheduled block. If an organization has more than 12 employees, they must book two separate Zoom sessions or upgrade to an In-Person session.

The CPR Equipment Cap (AHA Courses): Due to strict physical equipment ratios and AHA guidelines, private In-Person Corporate CPR/BLS and Heartsaver training sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 students per session. Organizations with more than 8 students must book multiple, separate in-person classroom blocks.

5. Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

No Refunds Policy: All sales are final. Once a corporate training session is locked into the master calendar or an individual training registration is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Corporate B2B Rescheduling: Business clients are permitted to reschedule a private online or on-site session one (1) time at no additional penalty, provided that a formal written request is submitted via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within 72 hours of the session start time will result in the immediate forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

Individual Registration Transfers (Public & CPR Courses): Individual registrations are non-refundable. If a student is unable to attend their scheduled live session or in-person public class, their registration may be transferred to the following month's training calendar, provided they notify the LLC via email at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice results in the immediate forfeiture of the registration fee.

6. Roster Requirements and Certificate Processing

Corporate Roster Window: To ensure the accurate and timely processing of law-binding completion certificates and AHA e-cards, corporate clients must email a finalized employee attendance roster no earlier than 24 hours before the session and no later than 24 hours after the class concludes.

Attendance and Verification Guidelines: Compliance training certificates and AHA e-cards will only be issued to individuals whose active participation and physical presence are strictly verified. For virtual training, attendance is confirmed via live Zoom log reports. For on-site training, attendance is confirmed via the physical sign-in sheet, written exam completion, and passing physical manikin testing. No credentials will be issued to absent individuals, regardless of package booking.

Data Retention: The LLC maintains digital copies of all training rosters and issued compliance certificates for a period of five (5) years to support client compliance audits.

7. Geographic Restrictions and Location Policies

Public Individual Sessions (B2C In-Person): All open-enrollment, public in-person training sessions (AHA CPR/BLS, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA) are strictly held at designated physical locations within Cincinnati, Ohio, chosen exclusively by the Instructor. Students registering for an individual in-person class must travel to the instructor's selected Cincinnati venue to receive training.

Private Corporate Sessions (B2B In-Person): On-site private group training sessions at a client's facility are strictly limited to locations within a one (1) hour driving radius of Cincinnati, Ohio. This zone encompasses parts of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Any business booking an on-site session outside of this 1-hour radius will not be serviced.

Live Virtual Training (Zoom): All online training webinars and virtual compliance courses are available nationwide to clients operating anywhere within the United States.

Strict Booking Road-Block & Forfeiture Policy: It is the absolute responsibility of the Client or Student to verify their location against these boundaries prior to checkout. If a client books and pays for an in-person session that falls outside of these designated geographic parameters, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, in accordance with our strict No Refunds Policy. The booking fee will be immediately forfeited.
